Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping methods to serve you better:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Wardrobe Story purchases. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help with returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your items.

Our Return Policy

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Baby Essentials (including bottles and bath items)
  • Jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
  • Hair accessories that have been removed from packaging

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  2. Wait for approval – Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags attached

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please note that any customs fees or import taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days after we receive it), we will process your refund or exchange:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Exchanges will be shipped once the returned item is received

Refund Timing:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Damaged or Defective Items
