Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Baby Essentials (including bottles and bath items)
- Jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
- Hair accessories that have been removed from packaging
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
- Wait for approval – Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
- Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days after we receive it), we will process your refund or exchange:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Exchanges will be shipped once the returned item is received
Refund Timing:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
International Returns
For international customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please note that any customs fees or import taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable.
